Internship

The Delhi 360: Urban Dehat internship offers a unique opportunity for students to engage with the vibrant, complex, and often overlooked landscape of Delhi’s urban villages. Designed as an immersive research-oriented experience, this internship invites participants to explore the intersections of urbanization, heritage, culture, and everyday life in the rapidly transforming dehat (rural) spaces within the capital city.

Interns will be involved in field-based research across selected villages of Delhi. Their responsibilities include conducting ethnographic studies, mapping cultural and historical sites, documenting oral histories, and analyzing the socio-economic changes that have reshaped these communities. Students will contribute to creating digital archives, short documentary films, photo essays, and research reports that highlight the multilayered identities of these spaces.
