We create documentaries on the villages of Delhi to capture and preserve their rich cultural heritage, unique histories, and evolving identities amidst rapid urbanization. These films serve as a visual archive, documenting oral traditions, architectural landscapes, community practices, and everyday lives that are often overlooked in mainstream narratives. The purpose is not only to raise awareness about the socio-cultural significance of these urban villages but also to highlight their resilience, challenges, and contributions to the city’s diverse fabric. Through these documentaries, we aim to foster dialogue, promote inclusivity, and encourage thoughtful engagement with Delhi’s past and present.
